Profile
Curtis Strubinger advises partnerships, corporations and individuals on the tax aspects of complex transactions, including joint ventures, private equity fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, management incentive equity and reorganizations. He provides tax support to the firm's public finance attorneys and advises tax-exempt organizations on a variety of tax matters. Curtis also has experience representing clients in general corporate and transactional matters, including negotiating and drafting a variety of contractual agreements.
Curtis received his law degree magna cum laude from Duke University School of Law, where he was a Mordecai Scholar. He received a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in accountancy summa cum laude from the University of Missouri.
