Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson, one of the state’s leading corporate and commercial law firms, has moved its Triangle office to a new location in Chapel Hill and has added an attorney to the office to serve a growing client base in the Triangle and eastern North Carolina.

“Our new location reflects a growing Triangle presence for Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson, particularly on corporate and litigation matters,” said Jeffrey Hart, a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on venture capital and private equity transactions.

“The Triangle region continues to be a catalyst for economic growth and business development opportunities in North Carolina, giving us an opportunity to strengthen our presence in the region with lawyers based in the Triangle,” he said.

Attorney Pearlynn G. Houck, who practices in the area of commercial litigation, moved to the Triangle office this summer from the firm’s Charlotte office. A 2005 graduate of Harvard Law School, Houck has experience in matters involving breach of contract, unfair trade practices and general business disputes, as well as employment issues and employment discrimination claims.

Houck joins Hart, Hampton Dellinger, who focuses primarily on commercial litigation and regulatory issues, and John Conley, who specializes in intellectual property and civil litigation and who also is a William Rand Kenan, Jr. Professor of Law at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

The firm’s new office is located in the Exchange East Building at 1450 Raleigh Road, Suite 215, Chapel Hill, N.C. For more information, contact (919) 328-8800.
