Jeffrey Hart opened the firm’s Triangle office in 2008, and his primary areas of practice include private fund formation, private investment transactions, joint ventures and other business transactions. Jeffrey works extensively with funds of funds, venture capital funds, private equity funds and real estate funds, and he chairs the firm's Institutional Investors Practice Group. Jeffrey also represents numerous strategic investors and operating companies that receive venture capital investments.
Jeffrey is the founder of Triangle Funds, a peer networking and professional development organization for fund professionals in the Research Triangle. Robinson Bradshaw sponsors Triangle Funds.
