Robinson Bradshaw Represents EnPro in $255 Million Acquisition

Robinson Bradshaw served as legal counsel to EnPro Industries in its agreement to acquire Alluxa Inc. for $255 million, including rollover equity. Alluxa is a small California company specializing in optical filters and plasma coatings. EnPro is a niche provider of precision components, solutions and services with a well-diversified customer base. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2020.

Robinson Bradshaw attorneys Kelly Luongo Loving, Brian Litwak and Scott Cogar represent EnPro in the transaction, with assistance from Allain Andry, Steve Lynch, Susan Huber, Hank Ralston, Herman Spence and Ty Shaffer.
