Robinson Bradshaw Represents Morris-Jenkins in National Partnership Agreement

Robinson Bradshaw represented Morris-Jenkins in a deal to enter a partnership with Wrench Group LLC. Founded in 1958, Morris-Jenkins is family-owned and -operated and is the largest provider of HVAC and plumbing services in the Carolinas. Wrench Group is a national home services provider operating in 17 markets across 11 states. Morris-Jenkins will retain its local leadership and management, and continue to operate under the Morris-Jenkins brand.
