Robinson Bradshaw served as legal counsel to Pamlico Capital in the first and final closing of Pamlico Capital V. The firm's role in the offering was featured in a Law360 article titled "Robinson Bradshaw Steers $1.4B PE Fund for Pamlico."

The fund closed at its hard cap with total commitments of $1.4 billion and was well oversubscribed with demand from existing and new investors significantly exceeding the original $1.25 billion target. Commitments to the fund came from a diverse group of global investors comprised of leading funds of funds, insurance companies, corporate and foreign pension funds, endowments, foundations and family offices.
