Robinson Bradshaw represented Technimark LLC in its acquisition of Rage Custom Plastics, a U.S.-based provider of blow- and injection-molded plastic products focused on medical and consumer health care markets. The acquisition of Rage strengthens Technimark’s increasing presence in the high-growth medical and consumer health care markets, expands Technimark’s domestic manufacturing footprint into the Midwest and mid-Atlantic regions, and enhances its value-added blow molding capabilities.
