Overview
Caitlin Sullivan’s practice includes representing clients in a broad range of financing transactions with a particular focus on syndicated lending. She regularly represents both banks and borrowers in a variety of financings, including investment grade and non-investment grade syndicated and bilateral facilities and acquisition and bridge financings. Caitlin also has experience in leveraged markets representing both banks and borrowers in negotiating secured credit facilities and has represented both private equity sponsors and strategic clients in acquisitions and dispositions.
