Overview

Caitlin Sullivan’s practice includes representing clients in a broad range of financing transactions with a particular focus on syndicated lending. She regularly represents both banks and borrowers in a variety of financings, including investment grade and non-investment grade syndicated and bilateral facilities and acquisition and bridge financings. Caitlin also has experience in leveraged markets representing both banks and borrowers in negotiating secured credit facilities and has represented both private equity sponsors and strategic clients in acquisitions and dispositions.

  • Represented the lead agent and arranger of a $1 billion term loan facility for a public company borrower in the transportation industry.

  • Represented the lead agent and arranger of an $8 billion senior unsecured revolving credit facility for a public company borrower in the energy sector.

  • Represented a national bank on multiple letter of credit facility transactions for reinsurance companies.

  • Represented the lead agent and arranger of $1 billion multicurrency senior credit facilities for a public company in the energy sector.

  • Advised multiple private equity borrowers in securing financing for strategic acquisitions.
