Overview

Chris Loeb’s practice areas include all aspects of commercial real estate law, as well as land use planning and environmental law. He has particular proficiency in the planning, development, leasing, sale and financing of office, retail, industrial and residential projects. Chris has made presentations to the Mecklenburg County Bar and other groups on real estate and environmental issues.

Experience

  • Represents Atrium Health in the development of The Pearl, a mixed-use innovation district in Charlotte, North Carolina, that includes a new medical school campus.
  • Represents Faison Associates in joint ventures, and the purchase, sale, leasing, financing and development of industrial, retail and office properties in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
  • Represents Atrium Health in the leasing, acquisition and development of hospital, office and other health care facilities in North Carolina and South Carolina.
  • Represents Withrow Capital in the sale and development of multiuse developments in the Charlotte, North Carolina, region.
  • Represents the State Employees’ Credit Union in the sale and leasing of properties in North Carolina.
  • Represents First Industrial B&L LLC in the purchase, sale and leasing of industrial properties in North Carolina and South Carolina.
  • Represents CommScope Inc., Enpro Industries Inc., SPX Flow and other corporate clients in the acquisition, leasing, sale and financing of industrial and office facilities throughout the United States.
