Chelsea Evans represents clients in a wide range of transactional matters and business disputes, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, health care and general corporate law. She assists health care providers on both transactional and risk management matters, including digital health, and advises clients on business, legal and regulatory issues affecting the telemedicine industry.
Chelsea earned her law degree magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the South Carolina Law Review and a recipient of the Compleat Lawyer Award. She received her bachelor's degree magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw, Chelsea clerked for Chief Justice Donald W. Beatty of the South Carolina Supreme Court.
