2015 Business Law and International Law and Practice Sections Joint Annual Meeting

Robinson Bradshaw's Benjamin W. Baldwin and Robert W. Fuller participated in the 2015 Business Law and International Law and Practice Sections Joint Annual Meeting held in Pinehurst on February 20, 2015. 

Robert spoke on "Arbitration–Strategic Considerations and Drafting Arbitration Clauses." This presentation covered the pros and cons of resolving disputes through arbitration in different situations, focusing upon the type of dispute, number and nature of parties and claims, and other relevant considerations. It also addressed issues to consider in drafting arbitration clauses, including differences between state and federal statutes, class arbitration, and similar considerations.
