As part of the firm's annual Early Bird/Slacker CLE event, Fitz Barringer and Amanda Nitto reviewed principles governing attorney-client privilege with a special focus on issues relevant to in-house legal departments. In the second hour, a panel of Robinson Bradshaw's seasoned litigators and transactional attorneys will discuss common scenarios that give rise to privilege questions and issues, bringing the governing principles to life through application to real life situations. Pearlynn Houck, Susan Huber, Kelly Loving and Amanda Nitto served on the panel, moderated by Kate Maynard.

Attendees received 2.0 hours of North Carolina CLE credit.
