Robinson Bradshaw Negotiates Permanent, Comprehensive Asbestos Claim Settlement

On March 17, EnPro Industries announced a comprehensive settlement for the ongoing asbestos litigation against Garlock Sealing Technologies, LLC, an EnPro subsidiary. The settlement would permanently resolve all current and future asbestos claims against Garlock and all of EnPro, and would achieve complete and total peace with the asbestos plaintiff’s bar. Robinson Bradshaw attorneys Garland S. Cassada, Jonathan C. Krisko and Richard C. Worf led the representation of Garlock in the case.
