Robinson Bradshaw Files Suit on Behalf of N.C. Governors

Robinson Bradshaw filed suit on behalf of Gov. Pat McCrory, and former governors Jim Martin and Jim Hunt. The lawsuit asks the North Carolina courts to declare unconstitutional commissions that violate the separation of powers clause of the North Carolina Constitution.
