Ben Johnson is an experienced business litigator and counselor whose practice focuses on land use and zoning, commercial and industrial project approvals, and economic development. Admitted to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina, Ben provides strategic counsel to clients operating in challenging regulatory environments, regularly representing them before local governments, planning commissions and other bodies. His work includes guiding rezoning efforts, securing legislative amendments, and obtaining critical land use development entitlements, agreements and permits.
