Kelsey Hendrickson Butler is a transactional lawyer whose practice focuses on corporate finance. She represents banks, business development companies, small business investment companies and other private funds in a variety of financing transactions, including leverage buyouts and acquisition financings, working capital financings, strategic or growth financings, recapitalizations and loan workouts, and restructurings. Kelsey’s experience includes a broad variety of capitalization structures, including investment-grade debt financings, senior secured credit facilities, unitranche credit facilities, second lien and mezzanine debt investments, and minority equity investments.
