Megan Clemency Haynes is a transactional lawyer whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, health care law, joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial matters. She represents clients in many industries and has experience negotiating and drafting a variety of contractual arrangements, including organizational and governance documents, purchase agreements and related documentation.
In conjunction with her transactional practice, Megan assists clients in obtaining antitrust clearance for mergers and acquisitions, and advises clients on antitrust compliance matters.
Megan also advises clients on health care-related regulatory issues, including Anti-Kickback, physician self-referral laws, corporate practice of medicine and clinical integration.
Represents a national health care corporation in its purchases of a wide range of business operations, including dialysis clinics, vascular access centers and physician practice management services.
Represents a national health care corporation in the negotiation and development of joint venture operations with other physician and hospital partners.
Represents a variety of health care clients in the formation of management services organizations and the negotiation of related documentation.
Represents a group of providers in connection with the formation of a clinically integrated network.
Represented multiple clients in obtaining antitrust clearance for multibillion-dollar transactions.
