We value and recognize the importance of a healthy work-life balance and expect all our lawyers to have time to devote to their families, community service and personal interests. Any lawyer must commit the time to solve clients’ problems, but our firm takes a long-term approach to helping lawyers find the right balance between work and life. We do not take a “one size fits all” approach to planning alternative work arrangements. To accommodate lawyers who strive to continue working while maintaining a commitment to their families, we offer work schedules with reduced hours, flexible working time and a partnership track for associates working with alternative work schedules. We have also instituted a sabbatical program to give attorneys concentrated time with their families or to explore interests outside of work.
