Corporate Associate: Private Credit & Mezzanine Finance
Robinson Bradshaw is seeking an experienced transactional lawyer for its Mezzanine Finance practice in its Charlotte office. Robinson Bradshaw represents private funds, business development companies, small business investment companies, and other lenders and investors, as well as portfolio companies and borrowers, across a full spectrum of private credit transactions – including senior, unitranche and mezzanine finance transactions – as well as equity co-investments. Preferred candidates would have two to five years of transactional experience, with significant leveraged finance experience. All candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
Robinson Bradshaw is seeking an experienced lawyer for its Employee Benefits practice, preferably for its Charlotte office. The candidate should have 10-20 years of employee benefits experience, including in the following areas: defined contribution plans (401(k), profit sharing, etc.), defined benefit plans, plan mergers and terminations, employee benefits issues that arise in M&A and lending transactions, complex controlled group testing/QSLOBs, experience identifying affiliated service groups and controlled groups, PEOs and multiple employer plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans (IRC Sections 409A and 457(f) compliance), severance plans, governmental benefit plans, 403(b) plans and welfare plans (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, etc). All candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
