Attorney Development

We expect every new lawyer to become a partner in the firm, so we train and mentor with that mindset. At Robinson Bradshaw, young attorneys benefit from practical, hands-on experience at the closing table and in the courtroom. New lawyers are encouraged to work independently, and we provide direct contact with clients. Our new associates also learn by working on teams with experienced attorneys, and each department hosts lunch-and-learn training meetings, including sessions led by more senior associates.
