Four Robinson Bradshaw Attorneys Recognized as Best Lawyers’ “Charlotte Lawyers of the Year”

Best Lawyers®, a highly-respected annual national peer review study, has named four attorneys from Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson, P.A., a “2011 Charlotte Lawyer of the Year” for work in their respective practice areas.

Everett J. Bowman, who focuses his practice in antitrust and complex commercial litigation, was named the Charlotte Antitrust Lawyer of the Year for 2011.

Peter C. Buck, who practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, banking and finance, and energy law, was named Charlotte Corporate Governance and Compliance Lawyer of the Year for 2011. Mr. Buck was named the Charlotte Mergers & Acquisitions Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in 2010.

Allen K. Robertson, who practices in the areas of public finance, banking, bankruptcy and health care, was named Charlotte Public Finance Lawyer of the Year for 2011.

John R. Wester, who concentrates in the trials and appeals of complex civil litigation, was named Charlotte Bet-the-Company Litigator of the Year for 2011.

Best Lawyers is a peer-review publication for legal professionals and recognizes leaders with “Lawyer of the Year” designations for high-profile practice areas in communities across the United States.

Only one lawyer in each practice area is named Lawyer of the Year in each community. Twenty practice areas were recognized in Charlotte by Best Lawyers; only four firms, including Robinson Bradshaw, had multiple attorneys named Lawyers of the Year for 2011.
