Charlotte-based Firm Has More Ranked Lawyers Than Any Other North Carolina Firm

Nov. 16, 2011

Ten attorneys from Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson, P.A., one of the state’s leading corporate and commercial law firms, have been included in the fifth annual edition of Benchmark Litigation, the definitive reference guide that recognizes the top litigation firms and their attorneys. Nine Robinson Bradshaw attorneys were identified as “Local Litigation Stars” and one was tapped as a “Future Star” by the publication, which focuses exclusively on litigation in the United States.

With nine lawyers, Robinson Bradshaw has more attorneys included in this year’s listing than any other firm in North Carolina for the second consecutive year. Robinson Bradshaw was also named one of only five “Highly Recommended Firms” in North Carolina, Benchmark Litigation’s premier designation for local litigation firms.

The following nine Robinson Bradshaw lawyers were identified by peers as “Local Litigation Stars” for work in their respective practice areas:

Martin L. Brackett, Jr. – Personal Injury, White Collar Crime, Wrongful Death

Garland S. Cassada – Bankruptcy

Robert W. Fuller – Commercial Litigation, Construction, Government and Internal Investigations, Securities, Shareholder Rights

Benchmark Litigation identifies leading U.S. trial attorneys and firms at local and national levels. Focused exclusively on the U.S. litigation market, the publication’s rankings and editorials are the result of extensive interviews with private practice lawyers and in-house counsel. Supplementary firm information is also submitted in the form of a questionnaire.

The guide’s “Local Litigation Stars” identifies lawyers recommended by peers and clients for their consistent reputations as trial attorneys; “Future Stars” are highlighted litigators likely to be become local litigation stars.
